A review for my Life Saving Trainer, Michael Dunstan: I was introduced to Michael after I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Distress Syndrome in 2018 at the age of 62. My Doctor said that exercise would be the best medicine. I had never been to ‘Gym’ in my life! Michael became my Personal Trainer 3 days a week from then on and I have never looked back.
